Here's the die with a little lube
6 inch 18 gauge copper disk
Carefully align the disk
Then tighten.
Yes, the lube used is Snow Cap Lard (nothing beats lard!)
Apply 20 tons of pressure
A few seconds later, the copper emerges from the die
Rotate and force through a smaller die
Apply more force. 20-21 tons, whatever it takes
Then out pops an 18 gauge copper cup
